At end of the meeting on May 1, Mrs. Ingold did not deny that she personally received $48,000 from Savemax as a gift to her. Mr. Levin was quick to say that she returned it t the association immediately. I told him maybe I would believe that if I could just see a receipt. Before that, one of the owners was nominated from the floor. After that, revolts were breaking out over the mismanagement of the building and the incompetence of the board. We all cheered at the idea of a TBN free Ingold, Levin, Mr. Litka and anyone connected to her. I am sure she was on her best behavior because we had outside visitors that would witness her name calling and bad bully act.
I also attended the board meeting the week before the election. It was like being in 1st grade. Everything Bogdan and McCarty said was met with anger, insults, harassment and verbal abuse. The word “receipt” became a cuss word to Mrs. Ingold. The rest of the board, did nothing, said nothing worth while and just pretended like everything was peaches and cream. They just voted money to whoever she said with no hesitation. Levin received $10,000 in that meeting. It was so sad to see these people running a building with our money.
The morning after the annual meeting a little after 7:00AM, I was in my place when I heard a huge argument break out in the hallway by the office. I went into the hall and saw Mrs. Ingold and a owner in a heated argument because Mrs. Ingold wanted her to bring the pink card to get her package. The owner was very angry, saying Ingold was just mad because the owner did not give her a proxy. Mrs. Ingold told the owner that after what happen last night she would now have to follow the rules. The owner yelled that she should not know who the owner voted for and asked her how did she know. Mrs. Ingold said she “saw the votes.” She also said something else I wont say. Ingold said she would not give the package without the card. The owner turned from her to return to the elevator and get the slip, the owner explained to me what happened.
Soon after, I went into the hall again after hearing the argument start again by the mail room. I went into the hall and other owners were listening as well. They left and I stayed in the hall and heard the owner, still very upset saying Ingold was mad that they had not voted for the people she wanted. She also yelled that Ingold was mad that the owner had not signed a proxy for Ingold’s so called friend. The owner went on saying that they didn’t think it was right that she saw the votes. Ingold said she didn’t see the votes, the owner said that you just told me you did, Mrs. Ingold denied saying that. That’s when the owner looked down the hall and pointed to me and said I have a witness. Ingold was shocked to see me standing there. Ingold said to the owner oh you have nothing she didn’t hear anything. I told her I heard the whole thing and that she is out of line again and should get out of the hallway and just give the owner the damn package.
I am not surprised that the votes are taking so long. Maybe Ingold has more proxies from her friends to be signed.
