I question whether Ms. McCarty and Mr. Bogdan have received a response from Ms. Ingold after their detailed and clearly written questions concerning building expenses and budget discrepencies. My thoughts are they have not, and now TBN tenants have received a notice of the upcoming board meeting scheduled on 12-1 in the "Board Meeting Room" otherwise known as the Recreation Room. Once again, no communication from "management" to unit owners is business as usual. Interesting that the bulletin board in the laundry room has been removed. Is this an attempt to prevent the unit owners from communicating with one another? What do you think? 161 days until April 24, 2012 Out with the old, in with the new..............................

Well I guess we finally have our response from management? Wow! How many days did it take to respond to think this all up? I love the parts about how recent letters "ignore"? If everyhing was on the up and up here WHY WEREN'T THE CORRECT FIGURES RELEASED TO BEGIN WITH?
As far as calling other board members Dissidents - at least one of them was elected to office fairly? Not installed like the rest of them. I'd watch my language in the future.
Can't wait for the meeting for further explanations?

Ach, one other thing! It's dat time of the year for Holiday fund solicitations! I wonder if management will have the audacity to ask for a handout in this "bad economy"? Don't know about you, but that December "reconciliation" payment kind of eats up any extra money I planned on donating to our wonderful Board for their annual dinner. So, If you find yourself having any extra "bucks" this holiday season and want to give something to your favorite door person (oh, yeah what happened to Elvir?), paper delivery person, etc., why not hand it to them yourself, it's much more personal. No need to involve the building manager or have the association lawyer craft a special thank you letter! Happy Holidays neighbors! See you on 12/1

Anyone surprised at the recent letter to "Dear Unit Owner" dated November 25, 2011? Typical name calling to members of the board of directors BY the board of directors. And "look what I pulled out of my bag of tricks!!" An explanation of discrepencies explained. Now, aren't we all feeling better about things? Whew, I was really nervous about the budget for awhile, but now.....all better. Perhaps our board should take the advice of Mark Perlstein in today's column --- "obtain an audit of your funds each year " By the way, to hired clerical employee of the office, the correct spelling is dissident. 149 days until April 24, 2012...........................................and counting.
