Seems "Evita" Ingold couldn't deny us "people" the use of OUR own pool this season so she has graciously opened it for all to use? I've even heard she's telling residents the people "love" her again for opening the pool. Sad.
BULL - her and Levin couldn't secure a loan for that massive roofing project that everyone has so much to gain from. You know all those units on 16 that have buckets sitting around collecting water? Try asking one of the 16th floor unit owners what damage they exactly have. As a unit owner in this association we have the right for proof and to actually inspect or have documentation presented to this alleged damage. This must have been a rough past few weeks for those owners on 16.
Anyway now that the pool is opened, let's try getting the use of OUR Recreation room. I encourage everyone to ask for the form so mentioned in the by-laws to use said Recreation room. Bet ya, you'll be met with righteous indignation, some in your face how dare you, screaming and fingering pointing and that "her" lawyer is looking into it? "Her" lawyer - funny...
Don't ever think that she has done one thing for any of us without somehow expecting something in return. If you thank her for opening our pool, you now probably owe her your vote or something else. It's all our property - remember that.
While it is true she may own two units here - that is all she owns, not the pool, not the Recreation room, etc.
