The board never presented the membership with any study nor any contractor said there is a hole the roof.
Possibly the B tier redone by SAVEMAX in 2006( if I am not mistaken) is the problem?.They did great job for the building over the years thanks to our president who recommended but did not vote just like she did with this project.It was scheduled for June 15th I don't think we got permits and for certain we have no money.
Now after 8 years we will pay up again for the garage repair.
think again the pool could be open...
